We are a group of senior journalism students at Washington and Lee University. For our capstone project, we took a deep dive into the aging water and wastewater treatment systems in the Rockbridge area. Learn more about us below!


Andrew Arnold
Andrew double majored in journalism and economics. During his time at W&L, Andrew was a two-year member of the football team and one of W&L’s sports broadcasters. He planned to work for Fidelity Investments after graduation.
Jack Hunter
Jack Hunter majored in journalism and minored in data science. On campus, he was involved with the W&L Sports Network, WLUR and Reformed University Fellowship. After graduation, he will be the assistant general manager for the Wareham Gatemen of the Cape Cod Baseball League. He plans to pursue a career in sports broadcasting.


Teddy Jacobsen
Teddy majored in journalism and minored in film. At W&L, he was a videographer and social media manager for the men’s basketball team and vice president of the Native American Student Organization. After school, he planned to move to Los Angeles and work in the film industry.
Billy Queally
Billy majored in business journalism. At Washington and Lee, he was a member of the football team for two years. He planned to work for Stryker, a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company, after college.
